Essex Welfare Service has volunteers signed up to help vulnerable residents during the Covid 19 pandemic. We wanted to get an understand of how the easing of lockdown restrictions might impact people’s ability to continue volunteering and identify where we have areas of high risk.
Using segmentation and clustering techniques we can predict that over a quarter of our volunteers are highly likely to drop out shortly - with some districts likely to suffer worse than others.
