The first five years of a child’s life can affect how they learn and grow into an adult. We have launched a new plan which sets out how we will help every child in Essex get the best start in life. Our Early Years and Childcare strategy is our vision for children and families across the county. It also outlines how we will work with early years providers and partners to ensure they have the support they need.
