This analysis evaluates the quality of housing for elderly residents split by tenure type: Owner-occupancy, Private renting, and social renting. Principally, housing quality is assessed in terms of the size, type, and age of the properties. Additionally, housing quality is evaluated in terms of the energy efficiency ratings of individual aspects of a dwelling, as well as the overall EPC rating.
