The Health Behaviours - Alcohol and Drug Use dashboard is an interactive tool that presents information and intelligence to allow our stakeholders to understand the need in their local areas and inequalities as they pertain to alcohol and drug misuse. To make the most of this dashboard, it is important that it is used in conjunction with the accompanying downloadable report so that the combined information and intelligence supports the provision of services to improve Essex resident’s health and wellbeing and to reduce health inequalities.
*UPDATE 04/2023: The ONS have published new population estimates and as a result, they will need to revise their back series of population estimates for years before 2021. Several JSNA dashboards have been impacted by these changes. For some measures, historical data points have been removed for the time being, as they are not comparable.
