Essex Open Data is now live

You can help us develop the site for the future…

We hold a wealth of information on multiple subjects, from population statistics to organisation strategies, but know we need to get better at sharing this and making it accessible more widely.

With this new site we are looking to breakdown some of those barriers, share knowledge and help staff, organisations and communities use data to make better decisions, as well as stimulating innovation across Essex.

The platform is supplied by Data Press who have done some fantastic work with other organisations and we will be working closely with them as we continue to develop the site as part of a wider ‘Open Data’ agenda. 

Please take some time to explore the current data sets and documents already available and let us know if you have ideas about what else you would like to see on there in the future.

And watch this space for more datasets as well as a range of insight, research and publications as the platform is developed further over the coming year.
